A few hours, a free day? A desire for fresh air...Why not follow one our paths? on foot, cycling, on a horse or on the back of a donkey

Trekking or hiking : ther is always something to see in the Segala Tarnais (our region).

Let us guide you to the trekking routes which will allow you to discover our green village. Whether you are a beginner or a serious rambler, set off on the discovery of our footpaths.

From the Cerou to the Zere, from the Borie Blanche to Suech, we can suggest a selection of itineraries in the heart of green and peaceful countryside. Walks and rambles are accessible to all are available at the Tourist Office.

The tourist office offers a book containing 14 hiking trails.

- The topo guide is made by the Community of Municipalities of Segala-Carmausin with support from the European Structural Fund (ESF) and the Regional Council.

Great hiking trails (GR)

For lovers of long walks or the most athletic, the Segala Area has a big network of ways.

- The path of Segala, a total length of 42.5km and divided into two stages, will take you to the Tarn valley, in the Viaur valley, through the pastures of the plateau of Segala.
